Can I pack my own boxes?
Of course. Many customers prefer to pack themselves, and we’re happy to handle just the heavy lifting and transportation.
Do you move specialty items?

When is payment due?
A deposit may be required when booking, with the remaining balance due at the completion of your move.

What happens if something gets damaged?
While we take every precaution, accidents can happen. We offer basic liability coverage at no additional cost and can provide additional coverage upon request.
What time will the movers arrive?
Our team will provide you with a confirmed arrival window prior to your move date.
Will you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we handle standard disassembly and reassembly of furniture such as beds, tables, and desks.
Do I need to be present during the move?
We recommend being available to answer questions and guide the movers. If you can’t be there, you may assign someone you trust to oversee the process.
What items can’t be moved?
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous items such as flammable liquids, propane tanks, or perishable foods.

Every move is unique, but most local moves can be completed in a single day. Larger or long-distance moves may take longer—we’ll give you a timeline before moving day.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens! We allow rescheduling and cancellations with 48 hour's notice at no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during busy seasons (spring and summer). For last-minute moves, give us a call—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are there hidden fees?
Never. We believe in transparent pricing. All fees—including travel time, fuel, and any additional services—are clearly outlined in your estimate.

Moving costs are based on factors such as the distance, size of your home or office, number of movers required, and any additional services (like packing or specialty items).
